I’ve been considering deleting this blog, but I just can’t do it. I don’t really give it the attention it deserves. It was such a big part of my life, and it just celebrated it’s 11th anniversary. I suppose I’ll keep it around, and maybe post from time to time.

I am definitely limited on time of late, and sometimes I feel that I spread my time across too many activities. However, I’ve been having a lot of fun with my latest activities around the island.

Life is up in the air at the moment. My house is up for sale, and currently under contract. If all goes well I will be an island resident in the next 45 days. I will most likely be shipping John off so he can fix the catchment tank, get internet setup, rip out the carpets, and retrieve shipped items in a little over a week. Finger crossed all goes well. Most likely you won’t hear anything from me until I’m headed to the airport.
I’m feeling stressed out. Working, trying to buy a new house, coordinate fixes on that house, and trying to get my current home ready for to put on the market is taking a toll on me right now. It leaves little time for much else. I’m really hoping for a good out come to all of this. In many ways it’s a realization of a dream. I just hope it’s worth all the hassle. I think it will be, it’s worth giving it a shot anyway.
I’ve been sick lately. When, I’m done working I’ve been plopping into bed early trying to sleep, but instead of a restful sleep I wake up every few hours during the night. Friday is J’s birthday. I asked him what he wanted, and he said he wanted to go to a hockey game. I let him pick the seats he wanted, and they turned out to be $12 with a discount from the credit union. Score! or Goal! or something like that.

I almost forgot there was a Redbird Fever tonight. I’ve been catching up on work this week after being out of town for a few days. Of course I caught a cold yesterday, and haven’t been up to par, but I couldn’t miss a Redbird show. I think I’ve been to all their shows up to this point. It was certainly worth the trip, as they put on a really nice show.

Another sunset. The sun was barely poking out from the clouds, but it came though just enough for a dramatic sky. I’ve been occupying my evenings with Biggest Loser & practicing stobist techniques.

I downloaded the Hipstamatic app for the iPhone to play with on my drive up to Seattle.
This app has a unique and stylish interface that allows you to change the lens & film to create different vintage film effects. I’m finding it to be quite entertaing with various effect combination. It’s certainly provided me with a $1.99 worth of entertainment.
