The sky was spitting at me, but I wanted to go outside. I spent a little time wandering around the yard. It’s full of these cute little mushrooms.
The prayer flags are getting a little ratty, but I suppose that’s the point. Work is getting busy. I’m taking an iPhone photo a day, but I have to back date the posts.

Rainy & Wet!
I worked for a good part of the day, but left for our annual outing to the Creekside Buffet. It’s become some what of a tradition to visit there on Thanksgiving. This year I tried to keep it light, and went mostly with pineapple and smoked salmon. I did have bites of many of the offerings, but tried not to overeat.
Domo-Kun got into the action for Round 1 of buffet.
After eating it was time for walking. Unfortunately, it was dark, cold, and pouring down rain. What store would be open on Thanksgiving? Walmart! Walking the entire store, switching back down the aisles, and watching all the shoppers was quite entertaining. Apparently, some of the people are camping out until the sales.
Back home now, and back to work!

While in Poulsbo a few weeks ago, I stopped into Marina Market. I was originally there to check out the microwave Lutefisk, not something I would eat, but something that I wanted to see. I stumbled into an exotic wonderland of international foods and candies. The Nestle Lion candy bar was one of my finds. The packaging didn’t really reveal what to expect from the candy bar, but reading the ingredients I thought something like a 100 grand bar. Actually, it’s so much better. Think: Kit Kat shoved into a 100 grand bar, with better Nestle chocolate, and you have an idea of the goodness.

I worked today. So, all you get is a photo.
I work very hard yesterday to get my work done in order to take today off. I haven’t been out of the house for a week. So, it’s off for a trip to Olympia.
I have this way of knowing when a rainbow is going to appear. I saw blue sky for the first time in 6 days. It was short lived, but nice to see.
