One Hundred Push Ups is a hundred push ups training program. It’s designed to help beginners and advanced athletes to achieve 100 consecutive push ups. The six week training program will help increase your strength, fitness, and general health.
I’m starting this today. I know I’m not going to very well on the initial test, but I’ll give you truthful results later today.
**Update: Okay, I did the max test. I can do 1 proper push up. Yes, I’m lame. I’ve never had much strength in my shoulders. I thought I would be able to do at least a few more, but apparently I wasn’t straight or going down all the way. So, I start training on Monday.
